Food
There are no restrictions on outside catering with a signed liability form provided by FUSION Resort.

Bar Service
All alcoholic beverages will need to be supplied and served by FUSION Resort.
Bartender Fee is $150 for 1st 4 hours and $100 for each hour thereafter.
Bartender Fee is subject to 23% service charge and 7% tax. 

Event Center Attendant Fee
A minimum of (1) Event Center Attendant will be required for every event.
Attendant Fee is $150 for 1st 4 hours and $100 for each hour thereafter.
Attendant Fee is subject to 23% service charge and 7% tax.

There will be a Clean Up Fee of $50 plus 7% tax per hour assessed for the facility left in an unacceptable condition, which requires staff to spend added man hours cleaning up after the function.
