To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests, the FUSION Resort policies are outlined below. This page includes helpful information on check‑in and check‑out, pet guidelines, and other important details so guests can arrive informed and enjoy their time at the resort with confidence.
The daily $30.00 resort fee (plus applicable taxes) includes:
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a guest room.
Check-In time is 4pm. Check-Out time is 11am. Both early and late check-outs are based on availability. Any violation of our check-out policy will be subject to a fee.
Room rates include accommodations for two (2) people only. There is a $20.00 per person per night fee for any additional occupants. The maximum occupancy for a two-bedroom suite is limited to six (6) people. The maximum occupancy for a three-bedroom suite is limited to eight (8) people. Unregistered guests are not allowed to stay over.
A $250.00 incidental authorization is required upon check-in. The hold will be fully released after check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property. The incidental authorization must be placed on a credit or debit card. Cash is not permitted.
In the event you have to cancel your reservation, you'll need to do so 48 hours prior to your arrival date in order to receive a full refund of your advanced deposit.
Please be aware that a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $50.00 per pet, per night, plus a $100 refundable deposit will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply. We welcome all well-mannered, dogs, cats, birds, and fish.
No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guestroom up to 50 lbs. EA.
Pets are allowed only in the following areas of the resort: Rooms and public areas except where food and beverage is served or consumed. For your convenience, a Pet Walk and Waste Receptacle is located in the east area at the front right of the resort. Please dispose of pet waste in receptacle provided.
Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the resort, including the Pet Walk.
One complimentary parking pass per guest room. There is a $25.00 fee + tax for each additional parking pass per room per night subject to availability. Six high-speed electric car charging stations are available on the property as well.
All guest rooms, balconies and terraces are designated as non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas on the ground floor. Any violation of this policy is subject to a $250.00 fee.
No glass, outside food, alcohol, coolers or radios allowed. No food in pool. ONLY FUSION Resort guests who occupy a room and/or overnight boat slip are allowed to use the pool(wristbands required). Pool parties are not permitted at any time. Minors must be accompanied by their guardians at all times. Our pool closes every night at 9:00pm.
No glass, open containers or alcohol allowed.
No parties are allowed in the guest rooms at any time without prior approval by FUSION Resort.
